La Pradera is a family-owned, organic farm where four generations of Daza Bautistas have been involved in the production, processing and export of stunning coffees.

In the 70’s Héctor Daza started the transformation of the family farm into a coffee paradise. Planting different timber and fruit trees created a beautiful shade canopy for the different varieties of coffee he planted. It was the start of a lifelong commitment to environmental farm practices.
In the 80’s, climate conditions and low market prices were responsible for a challenging period. In which Oscar Daza, current generation in charge, envisioned to focus on only high-end quality, organic coffee till date.

Therefore, we love to work with coffee from La Pradera and look forward every year to taste their new harvest and pick our personal favourites. This year, one for filter and one for espresso!
