Relationships are key and Origin Coffee Lab proves that once again.

Since 2022, the start of Balloon, we have been working with Origin Coffee Lab in Peru. Origin Coffee Lab is working closely with small producers. They initiated a "Solidario program" which is a development model that delivers both economic and agricultural training in order to provide a starting point for producers to become successful entrepreneurs. It is designed to encourage cup quality while making coffee farming a consistent stream of income.

That’s why we tasted a range of fresh, harvested coffee lots, from producers working with Origin Coffee Lab for a second year in a row. We picked the lot from Maria Fernandez because of its great texture and sweet flavour notes. You’re going to love this coffee with milk!
